I went in to grab some donuts, but the whole queue situation was really, really frustrating. There wasn’t any clear line, people were cutting in, and the staff didn’t seem to be managing it at all. I ended up waiting way too long for something that should’ve been simple, and no one explained what was happening. It just felt messy, messy and unorganized. not worth the time if they can’t handle a basic line

I went in just wanting to grab a drink, but the selection was so limited that I got annoyed fast. I didn’t feel like wasting time trying to pick from barely anything, so it just wasn’t worth it for me

I ordered a box of donuts and was disappointed. They were way too dry and kind of chewy, not soft and fresh like I was expecting. Even the filled ones tasted a bit stale. It felt like the bar kept getting moved too, like I’d think, okay maybe this one will be better, but nope, same dry texture every time. Definitely not what I was hoping for, and I probably wouldn’t order again...

It’s good, but damn, sometimes it’s just way too sweet. Like, calm down with the sugar, you absolute menace.

I ended up contacting them and had to wait around for a reply, which was slow and didn’t really help much. By that point I was mentally drained and didn’t even feel excited about the donuts anymore. Definitely not using their online ordering again

The donuts arrived all squished, and the box felt kind of flimsy and cheap. I’m guessing it probably got tossed around during delivery, but either way the packaging didn’t hold up at all. Disappointing.
